This tool is the solution to weak glue joints that are caused by the glue not penetrating the wood fibers. Simple to use, it cuts grooves into the wood surface lengthwise giving the glue something to grab onto. This scraper is great for use on hickory backing, belly cores, bamboo backing as well as inner core laminations. A handy, long lasting tool, it sharpens easily with a sanding block with 220 grit paper or a fine file.
